Subscription terms
By subscribing you agree that: all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD); plans are priced per career level and per profession, and billed annually, renewing automatically each year; your plan unlocks exercises for the profession and level(s) you purchase (switching either requires canceling and re-subscribing). The Student Semester Pass instead bills every 4 months for one level of the Student profession, renews automatically each term, requires a school email, and follows the same guarantee and cancellation rules; switching between the pass and an annual plan requires canceling first. 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund of everything paid on the subscription, effective immediately. After 14 days, canceling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until your renewal date (no partial refunds). Upgrades are charged immediately (prorated) and fall under the same guarantee window. The AI-coached feedback figures are approximate, conservative estimates of a generous fair-use allowance (a safety ceiling on AI cost, not a hard quota) — most learners never approach it. Your coaching allowance is set by what you actually pay: it accrues from the amount collected and carries over, so a discounted or promotional price earns a proportionally smaller allowance, and a prorated upgrade adds allowance in proportion to the amount charged. Guides unlock cumulatively by the highest level you own (Early 14 · Mid 24 · Executive all 34). AI-time Boosts are optional one-time top-ups that add coaching allowance to an active plan: they never renew or expire, are drawn on only after your plan's allowance is used, and — because they are consumable — an unused boost is refunded only when you cancel within the 14-day guarantee window (contact support to include it). Play games (friend challenges) are scored on the hosting subscriber's AI allowance, including the invited player's answers. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Content licence & acceptable use. The service's course content — the interactive exercises and their scenarios, lessons, guides, rubric wording, and audio narrations — is owned by or licensed to Artiluca and provided to you under a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning. Two things are expressly YOURS to use freely: (a) the responses you write or record, and the coaching, scores, and rewrites generated on them — use them in your work and life without restriction; and (b) anything the service invites you to share (score cards, achievement cards, certificates and their verification links). You agree not to: copy, scrape, crawl, or systematically download the course content; republish or resell it; use the content, prompts, or scoring behaviour to build, train, or improve a competing product or any machine-learning model; or reverse engineer any part of the service. Trademark and copyright notices must be kept intact. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section (this does not limit the 14-day money-back guarantee).

All coaching, feedback, scores, rewrites, Ask conversation replies, and any statement about results or effectiveness are generated by AI (automated software) and are provided for practice and general educational purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind (including career, communication, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice), and no specific result is promised or guaranteed — including any improvement in your communication, or any test, interview, academic, or employment outcome. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgment.
Age requirement. Artiluca is for users aged 16 or older; learners aged 13–15 may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and users under 13 may not use the service. Every purchase must be made by a person of the age of majority in their province or country — for a minor learner (including a high-school Semester Pass), that means a parent or guardian completes the purchase and provides this consent on the learner's behalf.
Your data & AI processing. To generate this feedback, the responses you submit — written text and voice recordings, including what you say in Ask conversations — are sent to and processed by third-party AI service providers (including Google and Anthropic), which may store or process your data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. By checking the consent box and by creating an account, purchasing, or using the app, you consent to this collection, use, and cross-border processing of your information for that purpose.
